Q Do I need to book an appointment?
A Yes you do. We are strictly an appointment only bridal shop.

Q How long will the appointment last?
A We allow up to a maximum of 2 hours for an appointment.
Q What price do your dresses start at?
A Our dresses range in price from £1000 up to £1800
Q When should I start looking for my dress?
A A minimum of 6 months before your wedding – this allows plenty of time for the ordering and delivery of your dress and any alterations/fittings that may be necessary.
Q What size samples do you stock?
A We have sample dresses in sizes 10 to 16 in a variety of styles
Q Who should I bring with me?
A Anyone you would like to share in the special experience of choosing your wedding dress!! You will have a truly memorable time so bring some special people with you!
Q What’s the best thing to wear to my appointment?
A We would advise clothing that’s easy to change in and out of, and light coloured underwear.
Q How long does it take for my dress to arrive?
A Generally around 4 months – but there are exceptions to this depending on the dress you choose.
Q Will I need any ‘fittings’ appointments?
A When your dress arrives we will contact you and make an appointment for you to come and try it on. At that stage we will be able to determine what, if any, alterations/bespoke personalisations, are needed/preferred and put together a fittings schedule.
Q Can I take photos?
A Absolutely.
Q How much do I need to pay and when?
A A 50% deposit needs to be paid when you order your dress. The balance will be paid on collection of the dress.
Q Can you store my dress?
A We are happy to store your dress, free of charge, until you are ready to take it home.
